Capturing collaboration between design and nature through its beautifully luxurious concept, Signature @ Yishun condominium pays tribute to Singapore’s rich heritage at 50 years, through its many designs and amenities. Many of the facilities make references to Singapore’s growing years, e.g. ‘Five stones’, Çhapteh’ are recreated within the premise, reminiscing us of the good old days. Gaven and Vivien

Gaven, a systems engineer at Siemens and his lovely wife, Vivien, is a nurse at Mount Elizabeth Hospital. The couple speaks fluent English and Chinese, and manages the homestay at Yishun. As professional care givers, Gaven coaches students with their school work and Vivien is equipped to attend the needs of students when they fall ill.

Our rooms are cleaned regularly, so you can come home to a clean and good-smelling room every day. Girls-only accommodation.

The Single Suite

The single suite is perfect for students who prefer an immersive experience but value privacy.

Enclosed with a private balcony, students can get respite from the hustle and bustle of busy school life and fall back into their cosy, private chambers in the evening.

Also be entertained by a myriad of entertainment, cultural and lifestyle choices at the Sun Plaza Shopping Centre, North Point City and 24-hour Orto Park which boasts exciting dining options and water activities.
