Gohing Home @Bukit Timah (SIM hostel) is a student accommodation near the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), formerly known as Singapore Institute of Management (SIM). It is a residential block within Bukit Timah Plaza, a shopping centre with exactly the amenities you need – a 24-hour supermarket, popular eateries and shops. Residents do not need to travel far to get their basic necessities, as everything is close within their reach. One can easily enjoy the plentiful amenities all at your door step.
Located near the Beauty world MRT station, King Albert Park MRT station (downtown line) and walking distance to the nearest bus stop (5-min walk), you can easily access to many places in Singapore via the public transport. You can take the public bus to travel to schools like SIM and Anglo-Chinese School (ACS International). @Bukit Timah (SIM hostel) is suitable for students who prefers more privacy, are more self-sufficient and independent.

Jin and Hui Xian
The friendly couple, Jin and Hui Xian manages the homestay. The passionate souls give their time to the children and are very much involved in the lives of the students under their care. Also conjoining guardianship and educational services, the couple ensures students under their care receives the best and unleash their full potentials. Students look up to them as their sister and brother, and parents entrust them.

High-speed fibre and 24-hour wifi. We understand how much mugging, projects and homeworks students have to do nowadays. Tsk tsk, so it is complimentary 24-hour WIFI, just for you. (: Just make sure you have plentiful of sleep too so you are recharged for the next day!
Fully air-conditioned rooms
Well, we do agree Singapore’s weather can be erratic at times. Cool down in your fully air-conditioned room on a hot sunny day. Just remember to help us switch off the air conditioner when you are heading out. *winks* :p

Laundry, cleaning and ironing services are provided so you can always have a fresh set of good-smelling clothes.
Study desks
Your own dedicated study desk, shelves and wardrobe in your room for your everyday use! Feel free to use the ones in the living area for tuition too, if you would prefer.
House-keeping
Yes, not missing out the regular spring cleaning to ensure you return home to a sparkling clean place. Toilets are washed daily too.
Self-help drinks station
Quench your thirst at our self-help drink station. Includes complimentary coffee and tea too to perk up your day.

Bukit Timah Nature Reserve
For those who prefer scenery and greens over shopping, be sure to head to the nearby Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, also Singapore tallest hill standing at a height of 163.63 metres. The park houses over 840 species of plants and over 500 species of fauna. Today, it is one of the largest patches of primary rainforest in Singapore. Lovely place to go for a hike in Singapore!

For joggers who might prefer a flat terrain, you can head to the nearby Bukit Batok Nature Park for a nice run.

Situated just 5 minutes from the bustling Orchard Road, the Botanic Gardens is a lush sanctuary in the heart of the city. The Botanic Gardens is huge and host exciting array of attractions within the gardens. Take you time to stroll around the garden and enjoy the wonderful sights, sounds and wonders this lovely luscious greenery offers. The Botanic Gardens is only 4 stations away from our homestay at Beauty World. A must-visit attraction in Singapore!
