We understand the initial unfamiliarity as you find yourself suddenly having to adapt to a new environment. It can feel strange and disconcerting at the on start, especially if you are coming alone. It can be more worrying if you are here for the first time. Gohing Home airport pickup service gives parents the peace of mind that their child will arrive safely in Singapore. We also let the arriving student make a text message or telephone call to their family members to inform that they have arrived safely in the host country and accommodation premise.
Our representatives are briefed clearly, who will meet you at the airport and take you directly to Gohing Home accommodation.
How it works
Please apply our airport pick up service at least 3 days from your arrival. Kindly furnish us with the following information via the messaging platform – WeChat or WhatsApp
Pre-checklist information:
- Flight number
- Scheduled arrival date and time
- Mobile number
- Emergency contact of someone who speaks English/ Chinese
- Number and size of luggage bags to arrange for a suitable vehicle

Night-time arrivals
Airport pickup service is 24-hour.
Arrival
Always check and note your luggage limits. Also ensure items prohibited are not carried on the carrier. Some countries may impose additional restrictions on the carrier of specific items, in accordance with their respective regulations.

Fees
Transport fees are chargeable at S$50 per trip.
Vehicle
We do not use taxis which could drive away if there are any delays. If the student do not arrive at the appointed time, we will check with immigration, airline baggage hall and other means to understand the delay. We will wait for the student at the arrival hall until he/she turns up.
